*Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) requires a minimum of two post-placement/adoption visits. Some
countries and/or source agencies require more. Your adoption specialist can tell you how many to expect
based on the country and agency selected.

Please note that there will be additional fees paid to the placement agency serving the country you have
chosen for your adoption. The fees noted above indicate only the fees payable to LSSI for homestudy,
preparation and post-adoption monitoring.
